Refund Policy

After the Paid Service has been rendered in due quality, the money spent on its purchase is non-refundable.
If the service was not rendered in full or was rendered in poor quality (the balance of the personal account was not replenished or the replenishment amount differs from the calculated amount when paying for the order), the customer has the right to refuse the service by contacting refund@cofby.com by e-mail or contacting technical support on the website and receive a full refund of its cost or a similar service. The period for reviewing claims and refunding funds is 15 working days. After reviewing the claim with a positive verdict on the refund of funds - the refund is carried out within 3 working days to the specified payment details
